Working at Cascon
This is usually a good fit for people who like working without a lot of process, but with a lot of responsibility. If that sounds tiring rather than interesting, this probably isn't the right place.
What the work looks like
Most of the work is hands-on. You'll be inside client systems, building things, running tests, reading data. There isn't a separate strategy team that hands you tasks. The person doing the work is typically the person deciding what to do next.
We don't have a lot of meetings. Communication happens mostly through writing. If something requires a call, it's usually short.
What we expect
You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. We value people who can work independently, flag problems early, and iterate without being prompted.
We don't track hours. We track output and quality. If something takes longer, that's fine — as long as you can explain why, and it doesn't become a pattern.
Who tends to do well here
People who've worked in small teams before. People who've shipped things. People who are more interested in results than titles. We've found that background matters less than temperament.
Open role: Growth Operator
A generalist role across paid channels, analytics, and automation. You'll work directly with clients and with a lot of autonomy. The specifics depend on the client, but the approach stays the same.
